Seamless journeys to better health

For individuals living with liver disease, getting to essential medical appointments can be a significant challenge. The Liver Hope Foundation understands these barriers and offers dedicated transportation support to ensure you receive the care you need, when you need it. We're here to help you navigate your health journey with greater ease and peace of mind.

How we help you get there

The Liver Hope Foundation provides comprehensive transportation support designed to overcome common obstacles. We aim to remove barriers to care, ensuring you can focus on your health without the added stress of logistics.

Rides to appointments

We help arrange rides to critical medical visits, including hepatology appointments, diagnostic tests, treatment, transplant evaluations, and post-transplant care. Ensuring you never miss vital healthcare due to lack of transport.

Volunteer driver assistance

When available, we coordinate trained volunteer drivers from the community to provide safe and reliable transportation. This support helps patients who cannot drive themselves, fostering a sense of community care.

Gas or transit aid

We offer financial assistance for gas or public transportation passes to ease the burden of travel costs. This aid ensures that financial constraints do not prevent access to necessary medical care for liver disease patients.

Compassionate care, tailored for you

The Liver Hope Foundation understands the unique challenges of liver disease. Our transportation support is designed specifically for people navigating complex, ongoing medical care. We offer more than just a ride; we offer specialized support that acknowledges the fatigue, mobility issues, and emotional stress tied to chronic illness, removing a barrier to life-saving care.

Who we support

Our transportation support is for individuals living with liver disease, including those with fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, liver cancer, those on transplant lists, and post-transplant patients. We also assist patients with mobility or fatigue limitations, such as severe fatigue, weakness, dizziness, or fluid retention, ensuring everyone can access their critical appointments.

Join our mission

Our work is made possible by the generosity of our community. If you're passionate about making a difference, consider becoming a volunteer driver or donating to support our transportation program. Your contribution ensures that patients can access the vital care they need to fight liver disease and improve their quality of life.
