Who can receive housing-resource help?
Our guidance is for people living with liver disease and their families or caregivers, especially when disability, financial strain, accessibility needs, or safely remaining independent at home are concerns. Any outside housing, rental-assistance, or accessibility provider makes its own eligibility decisions.
How do I request help?
